Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
things have been much better since a new company took over. it's now cleaner and quiter than it was when i moved in last year.
when i needed my bathroom fixed they were polite in the office and maintenace actually fixed the problem on the first time!
i just hope it keeps up.
