I just moved in here a couple of weeeks ago.
The apartment is nice,clean, nothing spectacular. I chose the regular unit cuz i didn't think the upgrade was worth it.
No bugs like some others are complaining about. They proboably just need to learn how to use a mop and broom!
Management seems pretty on top of the situation.
So far so good!
