Where do I start'!'!'! I would not wish being a resident in Bucks Meadows on my worst enemy unless they were an illegal immigrant or a section 8 recipient!!!! My family has lived here for a year and we had counted down the days until our lease was up since day one. The day we were supposed to move in, we show up with our moving trucks and they tell us the apartment is not ready. Not moving in that day was not an option, so we were forced to move in and unpack around paint cans, loose nails, and debris. Within two days, everything in our apartment was damp due to a pipe which exploded underneath out apartment, we were forced to rent another moving truck, take more time off of work, and relocate to a new apartment and were not reimbursed in any way. Within the year we had a steady hot water leak in our tub which would take maintenance at least a month and several phone calls to come fix it. Once they would fix it, it would lead to another problem such as no hot water at all or the shower head not working, when they would fix that the hot water leak was back. We conquered a mouse, roach, and bee hive problem which we were forced to take care of on our own because the office just DOES NOT CARE. There is constantly trash scattered throughout the grass and broken beer bottles throughout the parking lot. Hoodlums would hang outside until all hours of the night, every day of the week drinking beer and smoking marijuana. The fire alarm goes off at least once a month at all different times of the day, you are forced to stand outside for an hour until someone shuts it off. There have been reported robberies, cars and apartments broken into. I can not think of one nice thing to say about this complex, it has even changed my opinion on Bensalem as a town .it is TRASH!!!!
