Yea can be noisy at times (due to ppl blasting thier music while driving by),yea the speed bumps are a lil higher than they should be but as long as you go over slow no damage to car. Laundry facilities SUCKS...I would NEVER wash here I drive to Philly to wash but thats my choice. machines are broken im afraid if i do wash there my laundry will get shreaded. Grounds are exceptional esp since last week when they but down new mulch and flowers. outside doors and pillers has been recently painted,and new shutters installed. the place is improving just going to take time. apt was nice when i moved in was partially upgraded and looks nice even a brand new Dishwasher (was not one in the apt before). yes I have had a few problems but they have been fixed quickly and the right way the first time. my biggest complaint is the parking they claim thiers enough parking but thiers not I cant park in front of my apartment i have to park around the corner infront of another building, I think this is because of people having too many vistors at one time they need to inforce the parking permits and start towing. For the most part im happy. my husband and I work 2 jobs a peice and struggle to pay bills at times. Its a great value for the money...I've seen worse in Philly. OH yea i do have one more complaint whats up w/ all thiese fire alarms going off seems like the fire dept is here 2-4 times a week. been here since early feburary (never in my building) they have upgraded the fire alarms in my building but sometimes I wonder is its kids pulling alarms or something faulty. never heard of peoples cars being broken into (prob in the back of the complex, if it is happening)yes thier is alot of --------- here but dont seem to be a huge problem. people do leave the outside doors open at times and yes ive seen it my self the halls look nasty but i think its the ppl themselves thats doing it,cause here thier totally clean,my neighbors are quiet...I never hear a peep out of the 6 residents of this building.
