The Apartment: I lived in this palace thankfully for only 6 mo's. When I moved in it was mostly quiet... what i did not know was all the apartments around me were not rented. If you live on the second floor you can feel your neighbors moving around on the other side of the walls. And speaking of walls mice and squirrels live in them. I spoke to management 3 times about it and each time they just said wait for the exterminator (he apparently comes around monthly). This guy was there 3 times and did not get rid of the mouse problem... I bought those cheep mouse traps and some glue traps and caught 4 mice myself. The apartment looked to be nice at one time but was let go many years ago. Walls were cracked... toilet leaked (told the office they had a guy come and tighten a bolt) even the stars up to the second floor were off kilter. The fire alarm, which is hardwired to the entire complex went of 5 times in six months. It is the type of alarm that is in most workplaces. It mostly went off between the hours of 2-6am during weekdays. It was so bad most of the residents would not bother coming fully out of there apartments, just hang their head out the windows. Oh by the way there was a small bug problem but the mice were worse.

Parking: never had a problem with parking but do not expect to get a space close to you apartment and its more of a hassle that the management makes it out to be.

Outside: Depending on where your apartment is it can vary widely. Where I was it was not that bad. Yes people did hang out outside and there were beer bottles (management should really clean that stuff up) in the grass but some of that is to be expected.

In closing do not move here.


Oh and their laundry facility was closed for the first 2 mo's would not trust my stuff there though
