We chose to live in Bucks Meadow because we love the country, but our jobs are in Center City. Apartments are nicely sized; not brand new, but the few maintenance issues we had (leaky faucet, stuck window) were fixed pretty fast. The YWCA helped fix the walkway between Bucks and the school, so it's a much nicer walk for the kids in the morning. Not all of the entrances have the same types of neighbors; there are some noisy apts. in the complex, so you should check out who else lives in your building. But of the about 400 apts, the vast majority are friendly and quiet. Parking sometimes a hassle; can't always find a spot right next to our apartment. Price and safety are pretty average for the area. Overall, a good place.
