I live in Bucks Meadows Apartment with my family already more then one year and I would like to express my feeling about that place. This is really nice and beautiful place, so clean and quite around. Apartment is large enough. Management is really good and friendly. Any time when we have any problems inside of apartment and we just call to the Management Office, maintenance guys come as quick as possible and do everything good and nice. That service is so helpful and fast. If somebody will ask me, can I recommend that place for my friends, I will say YES. For that price of apartment what we pay it is really nice and beautiful place.

Clean? Have you ever walked the fence line between this property and the Kohls plaza? Their are beer bottlees and cases, soda bottles and cans food containers and even a television in one area by the fence where it backs up to the Petco. All of this is the responsibility of the staff because it is the tenants who are causing it. Their are so many skunks around because of the garbage overunning the dumpsters and litter that people just drop that I am afraid to walk my dog in the early morning and I don't even like going out in the evening because the skunks are walking around the perimeter of the building when I return. I have waited a week for a maintenance issue I reported 3 times to be fixed and they keep saying they will take care of it but have not. This apartment choice was the worse mistake of my life but I am stuck now. You must have friends in the office to get such service. Congratulations
