I disagree with the previous person who wrote the last review I have been here going on five years I have seen my share of maintance personal and I must say that Juan is so far the best yes there is roaches but thats not his responsibility that is the exterminators problem and yes you smell dog but the property manager allows dogs so there is not much you can do. The previous maintance workers would take weeks if not months to take care of a work order since the new maintance people have taken over I have waited the longest a week for a work order to be completed. THe new maintance is friendly and actually cares about the issues even when he is not working I do not know about the car issue but myself I have two cars so I can hardly be one to complain. Since this new guy started maintance in this complex there has been changes positive changes he goes above what is asked of him he calmed the complex down when there was a steady stream of teenagers trying to be loud and greedy I thank him and commend him for what he has done. I recommend moving in this complex you can exspect to find a warm welcome from maintance and a positive attitude unlike the previous maintance crew thank you

I Have lived here for about 10 years and seen its ups and downs. Juan is a good person but he lacks the skills to do any major work. The place does smell of dog and roaches run rampat. Teenagers still hang on the grounds and make noise as Juan allows them to. I know that your intentions were good but your lack of education doesn't qualify you as an expert of what a real maintenance mans qualifications should be.
