The place has gone downhill. I lived there for 3 years and it's really gone downhill. The place looks awful. There has been piping of some kind in pieces for almost a year. Lost of junk and debris. Can't ever get anyone on the phone.

This person must have been referring to another complex or may have been someone who was not approved and upset - the grounds are beautiful - there is absolutely no "debris" anywhere around - the maintenance men for the complex walk through every day. Standards are very high which is why Center Point has the highest rating.
