I have been living here for about 7 months. It is a nice complex. The maintenence crew is awesome. The office is alright. Sometimes they can be hard to get a hold of. The main reason I am writing this is because everyone on here gives this place great reviews. As I have said it is a nice place to live, but I feel they are very prejudice towards people in their 20s. I am 24 and I live with my boyfriend who is 25. We own a DJ company, and I also bartend. We are usually out until very late as we DJ at many bars. After work we come home, relax, and watch tv, but we were told we walk to loudly on the ceiling. We also have a few friends over to watch football on Sundays until around 10 and that was complained about. We do not party here. In the whole 7 months we have been here we have never had a party, yet we get complained about all the time. It was worse in the beginning then it is now, but it has not been a friendly atmosphere for us. It seems like if you are not married, have kids, or need a walker to get around, you are not accepted into this community by the residents. Nobody is friendly or kind, and that for me, is a main factor that lets you feel at home.

For anyone out of my age group I would highly recommend living here. It is a great quiet place, and well kept. There are people outside with their kids talking ald being neighborly all of the time, we are just never invited to join their click.

Well, it doesn't take a genius to recognize the problem. I don't mean to stereotype, but a lot of people in your age bracket just figure that everything's all about you! I can hear your loud radio from here! Yes, you come home to relax, but to you that means loud radio or tv with no thought that you may be disturbing your neighbors. Thought is probably not one of your strengths! Maybe you should take a lesson from the other tenants, old or not, and try to fit in to the community. Sounds like you are lucky to live in a "quiet" apartment complex in your area. If you can't adjust maybe you should move into one of the lower rated apartment complexes in Bensalem. Sounds like you would fit right in.

Well you are the type of old people she is complaining about, you are prejudice against younger people, and then refer them to a 'lower rated or ghetto apartment', well if noise bothers you that much, go to a retirement gated community, because not everybody wants to live in a quiet library atmosphere.

I definately agree with both sides. Yeah you can be respectful to your neighbors but its not like he is blasting the tv. Thinner walls can mean more noise coming through but should come with more of an understanding of that fact by all that live there. Bottom line is that if your the one complaining, then move and stop blaming your neighbors!

The people that initiated this review are no longer tenants. We had problems with them and their late night / early morning guests parking in our designated parking spaces - we complained many times and they were told many times. They also brought a dog into the apt that barked when pets are forbidden on the property. I heard they were taken to court and the judge sided with the complex. Their lease was not renewed. Obviously they don't want to abide by community rules and it was "all about them". The ceilings are made out of concrete here, by the way. There are a number of young people here and we have not had any problems from them!

My husband and I are 25 years old. When we moved into the apartment were were dating (not engaged and not married) and 23 years old. Center Point West has been nothing but wonderful to us. Our neighbors have been great and respectful of everyone. not sure who these people are, but that does not sound like Center Point West to me
