	THE PEOPLE HERE ARE REALLY FRIENDLY IF ONLY YOU GIVE THEM A CHANCE. THE MAINTENANCE GUYS ARE GREAT AND THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY'RE DOING. SKIP THE OWNER IS AN ALL AROUND GOOD GUY. HE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'RE PART OF HIS FAMILY. ... more
