PARKING- ok for our building but a pain to drive through other apartment areas where people are clearly desperate to park anywhere along the street.

NOISE- not a problem really. our neighbors luckily are the best part of our home here. quite a quiet setting.

GROUNDS- a pleasant location and some nice things to look at if near the woods/creek. happy our unit isn't surrounded by parking lots like some others.

SAFETY- so many streetlights remain out after over a month. other lights out throughout property that really should be working. soooo many people speed past our building without posted speed limits or enforcement of any kind.

CONSTRUCTION- all around a good cover up job of the crappy structure that this place is. we have put a lot of work into making it look nice. or at least "acceptable".

MAINTENANCE- beware of them! i have recently heard the horror stories (all hear-say of course) but at least 5 former residents have claimed maintenance workers here have stolen stuff and been involved in illegal activities while around their homes. have put in 3 maintenance requests and each time they have done more harm than good (ie. install sink stopper in our working bathroom sink....now it leaks!) not only that..a maintenance worker opened our door while we were at work and let our dog out. HUGE SAFETY ISSUE!

STAFF- Kathy, "general manager" comes across as extremely heartless. does not want to get out of her chair for anything and rarely returns phone calls. Maureen was the only office staff that has acknowledged us. everyone else doesn't seem to know how to do their jobs. even Brooke (a corporate manager of Korman!!!) we have been told many lies already. not people-friendly AT ALL.
