old buildings - - thin walls

The buildings are over 30 years old, you can hear your neighbor sneeze and cough through the walls, you can hear every move the people upstairs make. Each apartment building varys in quality, some are better than others, I've heard, but I think they are all pretty worn down. Very expensive also. I moved in and there was cable included in rent and now it is 5 months later and it is no longer included so rent is higher.
