Really unimpressed with this rental community. Maintenance is on the poor side, managers are unresponsive, other renters tend to be noisy and obnoxious, and you'll get awakened by loud garbage can bangings at 6am a couple of days a week. Parking is inadequate in many places, so you end up parking your car one lot over and walking. They have a pool and tennis courts, but the problem is they open up summer memberships to anyone in the local town. So forget finding a place to sit around the pool unless you get there first thing in the morning. The pool is swamped with people and small kids, the tennis courts are busy with people, and who knows why they don't keep their facility excusively for we who live there. On top of this, Bensalem is a drab town--instead, I recommend checking places nearby, like Windsor/Polo Run, or Summit Trace in Newtown, or Belmondo on the Delaware in Yardley. Much nicer towns, much better places.
