I worked with Michaele who has been incredibly friendly and helpful. The place seems pretty nice, with a bigger gym than most complexes, and nice pool area. My place is being remodelled, and a little pricy - but nothing too out there. They've apparently replaced all the windows in the units, too -- which will help with the energy costs. I've been told to expect about $100/mo electric. I'm living in a place that's about 490sq feet now, and it's all brand new -- and spending about $70 -- so that doesn't seem too unreasonable. I chose this place because of my leasing agent, she was fantastic, reponsive, and just very friendly. I'm looking forward to living there, and hope to have no issues.
