Obviously someone in the office is trying to make this place look good. Don't be fooled! I lived here for 2 years (2003-2005). I finally got out of the Korman dump after there was a shooting outside my apartment. Every year the rent gets raised approx. $40. For what'' They never did any renovations to my apartment. I lived there with a broken balcony lock, they never fixed. They never painted the balcony, like they had promised. Mold as thick as fur grew around every window. In the winter the ice was thick on the inside of the windows. Giant centipedes were everywhere. Staff is horrible!!! Maintence sucks. They never do anything!! I called them to fix my sink and it leaked water all over the kitchen. Forget your security deposit. They will keep every cent of it to "clean the apartment." I worked very hard to clean my apartment after I had left. The AC units are from the 70's.
The entire site needs to be demolished!

Wow, why did you rent there for 2 years if you were so unhappy? I was looking for an apartment read all the reviews and after reading yours I noticed you stayed another year! Couldn't have been too bad! My girlfriend lives at the Chalets with the balconies and I agree that balcony wasn't painted yet- but the property is over 30 years old- its kept better then other other apartment we saw in all of Bensalem. Where do you get digital on demand cable and starbucks coffee for free? Since my girlfriend's apartment is facing the woods, she does get a creepy crawler once in a while but she calls the office and they send the exterminator over! You sound like a big ----- to me!

maintenance came to put a sink stopper in our bathroom. in doing so they made the pipes leak alllll over the place so we had to wait another week until they acknowledged our request. real professional!
