Korman Communities had a beautiful country club...Im going to be there every weekend..especially with the price of gas i cant really afford to go to the beach every weekend!

Aside from the clubhouse my apartment is very nice...my building just got all news roofs, new blinds, and is in the process of getting a newer hallway. I love the location i am in, i have a great view of the woods and a balcony.

I would definitly recommend korman its a lovely area with everything close by,the Neshaminy mall, route 1, I-95,etc... I have had a few maintenance problems but i just called the office and they had it taken care very quickly.

I was just checking apartment ratings and saw everyones comments. I'm shocked- my mom lives in a one bedroom by the woods with balcony and she's lived there for 4 years and likes it. She's an older woman, 60's and has no problems at all; infact, she met an older gentlemen by the pool who also lives here and they are now getting a large two bedroom by the woods. Some people are never happy no matter what!! This is the best value for the money in this neighborhood!
