Management is real BAD!!

Recently, Creekside is under new management and I must say that it is a disgrace.
Nothing ever gets done around here anymore.
I had a leak in my bathroom and all they did was patch the hole up (not fixing the leak).
A few weeks later the leak didnt stop dripping and i had to tape a plastic bag up on the ceiling so I can take a shower without being hit by moldy, ceiling water.
Not to mention that I have had squirels in my ceiling for the past 4 years and termites for even longer than that, and once again, nothing is ever done!!When it was under the old management, it was alot better! I am now looking for some where to live other than here.
It's a shame because I was so happy when I moved in here.
Not anymore!!! The crime around here has gotten worse too! It's scary!
