I must agree with just about everyone else's review. This is the worst ever! For the amount you have to pay in rent, management should be cleaning my apartment at least once a week. The ONE time maintenance came, they actually asked me for an alcoholic beverage! Not only that but they made racial remarks about my neighbors. They also had to keep coming back more than 4 times for ONE problem. When they finally fixed it, they not only ended up breaking a picture from my bathroom wall but also left my toilet un-caulked to my bathroom wall! It also appears that they, on a seasonal basis, shut off the hot water to the laundry room to save them money!!! Everytime I ask management if the hot water is working, they bold-face lie to me. Needless to say, DO YOUR LAUNDRY ELSEWHERE. This is the worst...THE WORST! Also, there seem to be several types of bugs coming from everywhere. Nothing they're going to fix either. By the way, the number at he office is 215-638-2240, not the one they have posted. The "supposed" security they are "supposed" to have here is lacking as well! My next two steps are my lawyer and Fox Undercover!!!!!!!!!!!
