Long time resident of the apartments but moving out next month. Must say that the management has been going downhill for the past 4 years or more. The maintenance people are slow to respond to any calls, taking close to a week before they come to assess the problem, fixing it sometimes takes longer. The rent has been increasing so fast and for close to $850 that is charged for rent there are a lot better complexes to live at. Community is dirty, not maintained, lots of loud music and unwanted people with bad habits wandering around. During snow storms the cleanup is extremely poor. The rental office women are terrible at addressing concern as sometimes you have to call 4 to 5 times before an issue is addressed by management. Garbage, broken glass, shattered windows are seen on the grass routinely and not cleaned up. Do not feel safe here as the police are called to the community on a daily basis. High in crime, poor in safety. Would not live here or recommend anyone to move here
