A Nice Little City within a City. The population is majorly Indian (from Pakistan and the like). The next largest group of neighbors are Russians. It's not uncommon to feel as though you are in another country when sitting on your front steps! The people are very friendly and quiet. On most evenings, you will see the men gather with their friends and sit talking under the lights, or on the benches. There were many children, and many dutiful parents. We really liked our evening walks and discussions with the residents. It's low-income, mostly, but there's few of those Jerry Springer trailer trash people around to damper you outlook on life. It's under new management now- so it may have changed a bit. The new guys raised the rent $300, with only 3 months notice to the residents. That's the only reason we left. I'm surprised to read that others have had difficulty, because that's just not the way i remember it, and I just moved out last year. Some people just need to stop complaining all the time. Your'e living in an APARTMENT- if you can't deal- go buy a house with a really big yard, far away from others.
