Creekside has to be the worst place ever. Shootings going on dead bodies being found. your cars get robbed more than once. they make you pay for gas heat cooking gas through some comapany never heard of. In the summer you have ll kinds o mice and roaches. The management isn't supportive,the maintenece is made up of botleggers the news channels warn you about who do patch jobs. The complex is full of illegal non americans and the office manager caters to them cause he is spanish too. When you speak to the new office lady on the phone she is very rude all of the office staff lie and say The manager is always in meeting when you go to speak to him then you see him run out the building and run for his car. he never speaks to you sincerly he puts on a fake smile. He sends out fake gas bill even if you have never used the gas heat before. Nothing in my apartment has ever been fixed properly. The outside security doors dont stay locked. The neighborhood kids through trash in the hallways rocks at the windows, they pull trash old furniture and ,atresses out ofthe dumpter. the play grounds dont look safe for those children. the people that walk from the supermarket leave shopping carts all over the complex in front of dumpsters in front of your apartment. If you wanted to have a family or friends get together you have to worry about the shopping carts trash and old matresses outside your door also the roaches greeting you at the door. The carpet they lay down is very thin cheap and easy to stain indoor outdoor rug the cheapest around. The heat never works in the bedrooms and the office and maintenence excuse is "thats the way the building is made" They also say to "Just close the vents in the kitchen and the livingroom to get more heat in the bedrooms" well that never ever works. The laundry room they have is too high to wash clothes I use another location. they want almost $2.00 to wash and too much to dry for a litle bit of minutes. and the washer only fills up a quarter of a way for water and you have to pay extra for water. the dryers you have to spen almost $5.00 to dry one load cause they dont work. Oh and I noticed when people move in and out they dont change the carpet all the time so you are going to have all kinds of nasty things in your rug that new warns you about!! BeWARE This place is worst place I ever lived long time resident. Oh one more thing if you are highly allergic to pesticides, in the summer they spary them all over the complex and near the childrens play equipment. NOt safe at all and healt hazzard that should be checked into. also all of the ilegal non-americans the manager is harboring!! Oh and they say no pets but the manager gets to pick and choose who he wants to have the pets i have seen cats and dogs there oh they come with pets already too the skunks mice, possums, thats all nature but the stray cats are a bit too much expecially when they hiss at you.
