I am a current tenant here and I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can move somewhere else.
I always pay my rent on time and keep my apartment very clean.
However, the apartment has mice and roaches.I cannot get anybody to take care of these problems.
The office don't care about the issues.
They tell you that it will be taken care of but they don't send anybody in the apartment.
All my furniture are damaged.I don't recommend this place for anybody.

i lived there a while ago and had the same problem tell them your calling the board of health on them they will do something unforuntilty it dont matter b/c thoses apartments are invested with roaches you have to bomb the whole building. My apartment had roaches coming out in the daytime which meant they were being forced out from behind the walls. good luck i moved to korman!!!!
