I have been here for about 2 years this summer. When I first moved in I wasn't happy with the place but I needed something close to stores to walk. But I have noticed since the one lady and her husband left the complex has improved. The lady Sue in the office at least make sure your work orders get taken care of with in a better time frame, your not waiting months to have something done or not having it done at all. The maintenace men have also picked up there work with fixing things also in a timely manner. They have once in awhile some other help from regency apartment which I'm glad to see. This place I'm glad I stayed here. I plan on staying for years to come. I do have problems with some of the neighbors but that is to be excepted with living in an apartment. This place is really improving and hope they keep up the good work and maybe they will get better people move in. The only problem I really have isn't with the maintenancce or management it with these tenant who say bad about this place if you hate it that much then why you here because you can't find abetter place. They complain about the trash all over but half of the trash if from lazy tenants not putting there trash bags in the dumpster or friends and family throwing trash out of there car windows. If one is full use another one that's why there is more then one. But I'm happy with the improvement.
