I've been living in this dump for a very long year and a half now. It's not that I couldn't afford a nicer place, but I wanted to be able to save money. The first 6 months were pleasant enough but after that it turned into total HELL. This scruffy looking hillbilly moved in below me and BLASTED his stereo at 110db every Friday and Sat. night. My living room floor literally vibrated, by toaster oven & living room window vibrated to the point of making very audible noise. I had to call the cops 3 times on this idiot to get him to stop, but after that he started blasting his TV almost 24 hours a day (the walls here are paper thin .. I can hear this guy downstairs when he talks on the phone.) The floors are wood construction and squeak, when my downstairs neighbor moves around in his living room, I can feel the vibration in my apt, also the closet with the A/C creaks when I move around on my sofa. It gets better, a Mexican family moved into the apt next to my bedroom and they started blasting their stereo for what seemed to be 12 hours a day, everyday. I went through hell getting them to stop, finally after storming into the office and screaming at the woman did I get results. The office is uncaring about noise, they tell you to call the cops.. it's not our problem. There are a lot of immigrants living here, people from India, middle east, etc. They are nice enough but the ------- cook some pretty funky smelling food which fills the common areas & stairways. Lets see, the laundry room has newer machines but only 2 washers and 2 dryers for 11 apartments'' Sitting in the living room you'll enjoy the sounds of people racing up the stairways (creaky as hell) and slamming the main entrance doors. also, there is a short hallway that connects the front of the building with the rear with a door at each end, you get to hear those slam as well. Within this hallway are 4 doors opening into each apartment's living room closet... don't ask, I don't understand it either. Parking is not good, good luck finding a space, tons of kids living here, .. the place is dirty inside and out, trash piles up in the dumpsters till it spills over onto the ground. I was told they were going to paint the common areas inside my building when I moved in, well a year 1/2 later it has not been done. Maintenance is a joke, they cannot fix anything! My bathroom tub and sink do not hold water, the drain plugs leak. My refrigerator broke this past summer and it took them a week to come out and fix it, only the maintenance guy didn't fix it right, it worked for about a week and then went warm again, finally they sent out an appliance technician to repair it. It's a good thing I have this little wine cooler that can also be used as a fridge or all my food would have spoiled. Take my advice, don't even consider this place!! Keep looking!!

Yeah, I knew something was up with that place just by riding by. Lot's of black or purple SUV's with motion wheels in and out of that place. There should be a border patrol agent on the grounds. I saw a guy pulling in there with a huge horse trailer. I'd rather live in my car than be in that place.
