I recently visited some friends for a week. They live on the second of 3 floors in one of the buildings here. I've never heard so much noise in my life. The front door to the outside needed a new hanger, so it would slam very loudly every time people came and went. It shook the place! The neighbors downstairs were always cooking obnoxious smelling food which drifted up to our level. The upstairs neighbors sounded like they were going to come through the floor! Stomping across the floor - not walking - STOMPING! And all night long at that! The floor above squeaks - the floor where I stayed squeaks, and has a lot of soft spots! The place is very old and run down, and I would not recommend this place to my enemies!
