I have been a resident for 2 years now. For the price, I think the apartments (inside) are nice. The grounds are in pathetic condition. There is trash everywhere and it generally looks like a dump. The maintenance guys are nice enough, but thing still never really get fixed. I had a list of things that were broken when I moved in and only 1 of those things has been fixed in 2 years. The lady in the front office is as air-headed as they come. Lights are on but nobody's home!
Pros: Most utilities are included in the rent. I have VERY low utility bills compared to most of my friends. The kitchen & appliances are newer and in good condition. The rent is very resonable for the area, but it goes up by ALOT every year. The location is very good...close to 95, Franklin Mills & SEPTA. So far it has been a very safe complex.
Cons: The noise level is horrible. I can hear EVERYTHING my neighbors are doing upstairs. The walls are paper thin, which also gives you the benefit of smelling every fowl thing your neighbors are cooking! There are a lot of small children in the complex and the parking lot is very small. There are always children on bikes and rollerskates (not being supervised)in the parking lot with no fear of the traffic. This makes it very difficult to maneuver without hitting them...always a bonus at the end of your day.
