As with most reviews, the honest people downplay it and the critics smash it. So do your best to get what you can from this review.

I've lived here 3 years thus far with minimal issues.

Neighbors: Other than the occassional unproductive members of society, I feel that Crestwood does a better job weeding out the riff-raff. Minimal "undesirables".

Noise: Kids playing outside occassionally causes loudness. Sometimes I hear footsteps from the apartment next to me.

Maintenance/Staff: Things get fixed relatively quickly from 9-5/M-F. One recent instance of maintenance person sneaking into apartments and stealing things. Quickly fired and resolved.

Parking: Total nightmare at certain times. Hard to find a spot between 9pm and 6am.

Safety: I do not have a problem with safety, even my girlfriend feels safe at night. Nothing special. Just do not feel threatened.

Overall, I've had no problems that would require me to NOT recommend it. Therefore, I would. Robbery and vandalism is minimal if any. I haven't seen any, and nothing has happened to me.

I lived there for awile like 4 years and I can agree with most. But ther eare some things I can't. I never felt my life was in danger but my car did get broken into TWICE. Parking can be a nightmare I don't thing crestwood does any knind of screening If you can come up with the deposit you can move in which can be a good thing for alot of people but it can also lead to some "undesirables" more then not. they barly pay for any utilities like most apts do only cold water and sewer-----come on. You pay for heat and they refuse to put decent windows in the unit. The washers and dryers SUCK and they always break down. And last but not least the office staff NEVER EVER answers the phone or the door. I think she sleeps in the model apt.
