NOT WORTH'S ANYONS BREATH

Elmwood Park Apartments is the WORST place to live. The owner has been fined more then serveral times for the nasty living conditions which include: NO HEAT, MAJOR ROACH INFESTATION, SEWAGE COMING BACK UP THROUGH THE TOILET BOWL, CEILINGS WITH CRACK, HOLES AND ACTUALLY FALLING DOWN, BALCONY'S WITH HOLES IN THE CONCRETE FLOORS, LEAKING PIPES, AND THE LISTS GOES ON AND ON.
