since gary left a month ago and after we fixed some things and covered stuff it ended up being great...no buzz u in thing working and no locked building door...so we changed locks for a good 120 dollar set and a u-bar. parking is minimal but its fine even for parties....gas and water included...we use energy bulbs and i cut all power in my room when i sleep and leave except my mini fridge...josh does not and the living room set up with huge tv are still powered but my bill this month was 27 dollars so i cant complain. price is good for what we got and there renovating hallways this winter and don't plan on rent raising. the maintenance guy is a good friend and hes always here....we live with a ton of different people i think were one of maybe 3 white renters..the Spanish speaking neighbors are loud some days but we deal with it and the walls are pretty thick....over all we hope to stay when the lease is up.
