I have lived at Franklin for the past year and a half and have loved every minute of it. The managament is wonderful and the leasing agents are completely honest about the property. No bull**** info just to make a sale.

The property does have a mix of people but come on!! We are living in America and shallow people who have a problem with it should go hibernate. Diversity is a good thing and if you have any mind, you need to share indifferences with your neighbors if there is a problem with noise. If not tell management.

I had a small problem with my dishwasher and maintenance was in my apartment within 2 days and replaced a part.

The people are friendly. The property is clean and tidy. You can have dogs, cats and you can take a walk at night and feel somewhat safe.

I would not more highly reccomend a place to live. The closet space is amazing, the bathrooms are beautiful and it is nice not to have to go to a mailbox to get your mail. It is in your foyer area when you walk in.

Roe is the best manager I have dealt with and people are down to earth.
