Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
2 years ago when I moved in I did have some problems. I had a roof leak in my living room that was gross. They did fix it but I had to live with it until they knew it wouldn't leak. I guess I got lucky because I became friends with my neighbors. You can hear stuff through the walls, but other than that it's ok.
