Resident Services Staff is a real pain in ***. Dont know what they think of themselves !! Wierd rules which they dont know and dont explain us... Basically.. they are upto ruining their apt impression.

It would better help to understand the review if it were more specific. It would also help to know which rule it pertains to. I would think that if there was something that was not understood, if you asked the office, they are more than happy to help you.

Our Leasing Staff spends approximately one hour with our new residents explaining the Lease and various addendums to the Lease prior to move in. At that time, any questions should be asked and answered. If a resident is still in doubt, the Resident Services Office is available to you for any questions, problems or issues during your lease term. |
