They transfered my electricty service from Peco to Conserve without my consent. I moved out in April and I'm still getting Conserve Bills. The staff is completely incompetent in letting Conserve know that I moved out months ago even though I've asked 3 times. They charged me over $500 to replace rugs when I moved out (I lived there 7 years), even though they replace the carpets anyway. When I tried to fight the bill they turned it over to a collection agent. The grounds are dirty, there are drug dealers throughout those apartments, and the staff doesn't give a damn about you. They increase the rent about $40 every single year, talk about absurd! Stay as far away from this place as possible.
