I dont give a ---- how "lovely" the grounds may be or how supposed "award winning" the staff is at Franklin Commons. These apartment are NOT worth $975 a month under any circumstance. This is not Manhatten.
Yes, they are roomy and bright. HOWEVER, most of these units contain very old appliances, paper thin walls and less than desireable clientel for the most part.
If you were paying $750 a month I would say 'yes' they are worth the money. They are very VERY overpriced for apartments in the most congested area of Bensalem.
So overall- the fair thing to say is NO, they are NOT worth what you pay, PERIOD. If you are going to pay close to $1000 a month to live somewhere, you had better be renting a whole townhouse or paying a mortgage on your own home. Not on these apartments.
