I would mostly like to reply to the negative comments. If you are renting an apartment, I don't care where you rent, you don't make the terms of your lease...you follow what you sign. If you sign a 1year lease you stay for a year or get penalized. Hey the same rules apply for a car and cell phones. What do you think Management should make special privilages just because you bought a house without reading your lease. Oh ok, fair housing, that makes Management Hitler. No it makes them equal to all ethnics and races. So would I recommend Franklin Commons, you bet.
And when I decide to buy a house I'll wait until the END OF MY LEASE. The apartments are not brand new so don't expect a million dollar playboy mansion. However, they do provide new appliances, new carpet, and parking. So what if the buildings were built when people only had one car. Deal with it, you live in america not IRAQ or North Philly. If you want sound proof, move to a single home in the mountains.
So...MOVE IN TO FRANKLIN COMMONS.

They do NOT supply new carpet or appliances. They only change the carpet if it has stains or the previous tenants lived there for a long term. If the carpets are deemed ok, they leave them as is. New appliances? That's a joke, maybe you were lucky, but nobody I knew got a new appliance unless theirs crapped out on them.
