My apartment at Franklin Commons is great.

Parking my car is a big issue to me so I picked one that parking would not be a problem. If you are looking at an apartment here, I suggest driving by late at night and looking to see if there is ample parking spots. (you might not be able to tell in the middle of the afternoon when everyone is at work)

Management upholds the contract that you sign, so you should not complain about something in the contract after you sign it. I wrote management for better lighting in my parking area and I thought it went right in the trash, but 2 months later I got one heck of a light. (thanks management)

My neighbors are really quiet, but if you live next to some kids that are loud and drunk, my sympathy goes to you. Partying should be limited to the weekend. Show some respect.
