The people in the office have no hearts. I was kicked out of my apartment with my child with no place to go. Granted I was late on my rent but at the time I was kicked out I owed them NO MONEY. Then they wouldnt even let me back in for 5 minutes (after the orignal 15 they gave me to grab stuff for me and a 2 year old-yeah 15 mionutes is enough time besides I was hysterical)so that I could grab some underwear for myself and T shirts and socks for my child.
I slept in my car for a night and now I live with a friend whose husband beats thier children so god only knows what he might do to mine. I sleep with one eye open.

The apartments are not worht the money you pay anyway. Almost 1000 dollars for crap. In one way I am glad I am out but I just wish I had somewhere else to go first. The office pretends to act all concerned for your well being but really they are not. I would hope they lose sleep over what they did to me but they probably wont b/c that would mean thehad feelings and a conscience

Funny that rosemarie hasn't responded yet. Guess she doesn't spend all day running around defending her awful property/staff. Those women in the office are HORRENDOUS. DISGUSTING. Couldn't care less about anything other than themselves. NEVER TRUST A WOMAN WITH A MOUSTACHE. Best advice I've ever been given.

i completely disagree with you.. both of you.. Rosemarie - the property manager has helped me out numerous times.. Its the area that is to blame for the issues, Bensalem is in a higher flood zone.. the office staff are very nice people.. maybe if you werent an ignorant jerk they would have had a better repor with you
