The entire process of getting an apartment with the people at Franklin Commons was unaccpetable. Slow and lax are two words that come to mind. We were supposed to move in to our place in 2 weeks and they just notified me that the resident in the apartment I was getting decided that she's staying until the end of the month; and that we could have the place then; but no guarantee.

So they let your breach your contract and screw other people out of a place...nonsense. We went someplace else for our business. The women in that leasing office are so condescending and stupid that it's amazing how they still have jobs; oh wait...all they do is sit around all day and answer phones. That's easy enough.

Bottom line, don't bother wasting your time with this place...it's not "all about you" at all.

That's funny you should mention the women in the office. They are awful. Condesending and fake. The act like they give a crap when in reality all they care about is themselves. I would BEG people to go somewhere else to find a place to live, if in fact they want to pump out a crapload of money to a place they can TRUST. This is NOT that kind of place. GOOD LUCK FC. Maybe a change in TUDE is in order here!!

I completely agree. I have only used the word "hate" to describe a person or people maybe 2 times in my 32 years of living. But I HATE these people. My experience with them was completley awful, especially the ones in the mgmt office. I really wish I sisnt hate them so much so I would stop thinking about how they completlety screwed up my life

I would love to know what in the world they did to you? How can you hate someone for following guidelines. I had a hard time in boot camp, but I could never hate anyone. What am I missing and who should I look out for?
