While living in Franklin Commons for about 10 months, my apartment was ROBBED in broad DAYLIGHT TWO times in THREE months! I experienced water problems when I 1st moved in but needless to say it was taken care of. It's a beautiful place to live but you definitely need to invest in a home security system. When my apartment was robbed the 2nd time this was after maintenance was in my unit yelling if it was ok 2 come in although he was already in. After the scruffy maintenance man paid me a visit 2 fix my sink, my apartment was robbed just 4 short days later. The police told me that they've been doing this job for 35 years & said whomever robbed my place, used a key & then "jimmied" the dooor on the inside to make it look like a forced entry! Management stated to me that they were told it was family members who robbed me although I've NEVER had company.

oh my god!! I have been staying in this complex for the past 9 months. A few days back I did receive a flier from the office saying that lock ur doors and cars, etc. etc. bcoz some cars were vandalized. But I knew it was something more than just some car vandalisms bcoz they had listed about 25 To-dos in the flier as safety precautions. I am scared of staying here and will move out ASAP!!

You shouldn't be scared to live somewhere. When I lived at korman suites my car was broken into and my stereo and tapes were stolen. It can happen anywhere. Look at it this way, at least they care enough to acknowledge something happened and don't try to cover it up.

Doesn't shock me my car was robbed right out front of my apartment right bf they handed out those fliers!! They stole everything out of my car I cant leave my car out in the parking lot without being worried!

Well talk about robberies and vandalized my car was just stolen right out of my apt. on Bobolink this past Sunday night into Monday morning I am soooo upset I still didn't here anything yet I just hope that someone finds it. You think after all of this that has been happening over the past couple months they would put in some kind of security here as much as we pay!!!
