The staff is mostly nice, however they have one person who works in billing that consistantly screws everything up. One then ends up running in circles to try and fix her mistakes.
The letters they are constantly dropping in the mailboxes are extremly rude. Somehow the management finds it ok to talk to the tenants like they are their stepchildren.
The walls are so thin, you can hear the neighbors doing everything!
The background check to get in is ludacrious to say the least, but there are tons of empty apartments....hmmm I wonder why.
The lights in the parking lot have been out for years. I guess nobody from the staff lives on this side, so why would they care'
Not recommended if you like quiet and private, maintenance is always coming into the apartments during the day, even when one isn't home, to do stuff.
You can have my apartment when the lease is up, because I am feed up

Ok then , so i guess they should just let anyone in the development? the last place i lived did that and there ended up being a murderer in there that wasnt caught until he killed another person.. grow up and take a look around you.. stop complaining about things that helps you live in a safer place. Do you really want maintenance coming in your apt while you are home? i dont, i would rather be out and have someone fix what needs repair and return home to have it complete... you need to get a life. oh and if your bills were paid on time and correctly, there wouldnt be any billing issues? i havent been late once and all i had to do was drop in in the slot each month...

jacknjill???? possibly the bill clerk and live-in maitenance-man who live on cardinal drive behind the office? Keep on commenting....it makes it obvious.
