I have written reviews before for this complex and they were always positive- however I need to change my opinion. I have been at FC for almost 3 years and for the first 2 years I was okay. Here is a list of complaints
1- My toilet overflowed my 1st week- flooded the bathroom. Called emergency maintenace because it was midnight and a girl needs to pee! They told me to turn off the water because he didnt know how to fix it. someone came in the morning and i was left to clean the mess- they told me not to flush papertowels- I have never flushed a papertowel!!
2-car broken into
3- someone tried to get in my bedroom window
4-keep adding on additional fees like water - my bills are about 200 a month for gas/electric/water- I have a ONE bedroom apartment
5- I clean up other peoples dog crap
6- landscapers cut the law at 7 am on weekends
7-gas smell in my apartment I called about at least 4 times- they kept cleaning the stove- come to find out a year later the gas line had a leak
8-closets come off the track continuously- bathroom closets dont work
9- supposed new windows let wind through!!! I can see a small tornado pratically when I look at the air coming through the mail slot
10-someone tips over all the stuff on my porch every other week
11- kitchen floor is peeling all over
12- dw doesnt barely work
13 one of my favs - I was away for a few days- came back to my apartment to find the thermostat up as high as it goes- and 2 holes cut in my bathroom wall with dirt all over my bathroom- had to call and beg for an answer and find out there was a frozen pipe I guess they just didnt want to tell me
14- I scheduled a meeting with Ronnie the new manager to discuss the pricing and other issues and she didnt come!!!!!!!! Tried to tell me she was running late- never called- never emailed - nothing- I had to contact HER to see why the hell she didnt come
I am leaving- done with this place- berkley trace has a special 750 a month right now- go hit them up instead
for 900 a month I can practically pay a damn mortgage

Landscaping is beautiful? How old is your eyeglass presription? Or have you missed the piles of dirt where they tore up the grass to replace underground wires and didn't replace thes sod? Maybe it was because you were too busy avoid the piles of dog crap people haven't picked up. Do you think the rat holes in the grass are plans for a new golf course? You may want to re-post once your AC unit goes out and you haven't had air in 90-degree weather for 5 days. Or the sewer line backs up into your apartment. Stop living in a bubble. Talk to your neighbors and open your eyes.

what a ------- rat hole it is and will be.its way to over priced for what you get. May just toss your hard earned paycheck out the window. Better yet lose it at the casino,at least there you may enjoy yourself lol
