The management here is the pits. They will lie to your face about problems they've caused, refusing to take reponsibility or help in the least. If your power has been out for several days while the rest of the complex is fine, then it's up to you to call the electric company, only to be told the management has to do something about it. Same goes for squirrels tearing out the building insulation and leaving it all over the lawns, where children play. I was told to call pest control, which in turn told me to call management. They don't even let us know when they're shutting off the gas or water. The fire was a year ago and they're still doing construction, first thing in the morning! And I haven't even mentioned the horrible conditions of the apartments themselves, which you will be faulted and charged for. The rent is insanely high- considering the poor treatment of tenants and condition of apartments, they should be paying people to live here.
