Just moved in and everything has been great. Maintenance has been very helpful and fast! Everyone in the office is really nice, and the place itself it great. Couldn't be happier!

Two bedroom cost you about 1030$ per month. Hot water is included, however A/C will eat your budget. Average cost per month (when you work days and stay at home at night) is about 250$ during the summer. My retired friend stayed almost entire day at home. He paid 400$ per month for AC. Heater is more efficient - 80-100$ during the winter.
