I have been here a few years. For one living here was nice with a few exceptions. Neighbors having parties til all hours of the night and keeping other residents awake,nothing was done about it whatsoever
one neighbor has FIVE persons living in a 1 bedroom.. boy would i love to squeal on this one!!they are very nice however their place is a pigsty.
People working on vehicles in the parking lot taking up space so I cannot park close to my door at nite especially on the weekends.
Leaks in the bathroom which at one point could not shower, had to showere another apt. The repair was shoddy altho never had a problem getting maintenance out. That they were prompt whenever called.
Rent goes up..... thats natural but when you are NOW paying for ALL that the complex had paid before......shoddy work.No wonder people are leaving this place.
