I have noticed that there are too many children all over the yards, steps and in the street. People have to stop their cars to wait for the children to move out of the their way. There are no parents anywhere to be seen, and no management; The noise is OK if you are DEAF. People say they would never move in here because there are no rules, for example: Dog dirt is all over because there is no enforcement to pick it up, there are mountains of dog stuff where the dogs are suppose to be walked. The trash can is over run with dog dirt and dog dirt bags; they hang out of the can and on the grass. Friends noticed that there is a trash compactor for the trash but one can only put their trash in there if the rats are on vacation. There are not enough cats to control the rats etc. and the cats, I am told are considered pests. Without the cats the place would have no rat control, the skunks are also well fed because the stench if rotting food is inviting.The car I was riding in had good brakes or one of the many children, ages four or five up, would be in the hospital. It is a shame there is no security and nobody to enforce the rules of common sense. There should be a place for the children to play other than the street. Come visit the compactor on any week-end or holiday, it will shock you and make you sick.

moving out shortly.......all the above is true about the trash predicament on the south side of the complex too(smaller side) people seem not to care. They put trash in the bags 'outside" the bin, and IF the the compacter door is open no one seems to bother to close it so it can compact. IF you complain to the office....nothing is ever done about it either. Mike i believe is his name tries to keep it cleaned up but obviously no one else wants to help. In the early morning hours when I go to work I see "OUT OF STATE" vehicles there dumping their trash. Where is "security":?????? its obvious there is none

I concur as well. I have only lived in Building 2 for 6 weeks and am moving out. The trash compactor with the well feed racoons and oversized rats is disgusting. Additionally, I have found I have toxic black mold growing in my apartment due to piss por maintenance. I found a leaky joint on my air conditioner that is a result of duct tape being used to repair the drain line rather than repairing the line. I was lied to by management when I moved in, but did not realize it until I was here. The "remodel" to my apartment prior to my moving in is some of the worst craftmanship I have ever seen. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
