I thought Franklin Commons was going to be the best place that I ever lived. Boy, was I very wrong. My lease will end in August and I have already decided that I am not going to stay. I am buying a townhouse and I hope all of you reading this will take my advice and stay away. I was sucked in, I thought my new Upgraded Apartment was going to be perfect. It was far from perfect, the hardwood floor, hardly!! I think the elementary school kids put that in. It's bubbled and it almost looks like the old floor is coming through. That is not as bad as my uneven closet doors, I have to laugh because I can't believe that they are new. Who the hell puts these together' I can even live with that. What no one should ever have to live with is the roaches. Yes, I said roaches. Then after talking to my neighbors and they tell me that they heard Franklin Commons knows about all of the roaches but they choose to do nothing. I think it is from the dirty people they let move in here. It looks like a poor village. I don't know how they stay in business because I see all of the empty apartments. And the maintenance men drive so fast around here and you can hear them cursing. Do not rent from this place. Buy a house.

tell me about it i lived there three years got fist fights with the scared mantance men they be up my dog in my apartment when i was not home ripped my satalite dish out of my i called the manager and she pulled a gun on my wife with all my neibors outside and the police came and locked my wife up because she knows all the cops and the judges and her husband in a philadelphia cop i never want to see bensalem again and by the way the manager just got locked for running a drug ring in the apatments she deserves it after what she put me and my wife throw. she pulls a gun on my wife with two two year old kids watching and they lock my wife up go figure.

WOW, ANONYMOUS I REMEMBER THAT. I LIVED ACROSS THE ST. FROM YOU DIRT BAGS AND THAT WAS A REASON I WANTED OUT OF FC. I SAW YOUR FAT ASS WIFE ATTACK THAT POOR MANAGER FOR NO REASON. I ALSO SAW HER PULL OUT HER GUN AND WAS HOPING SHE WOULD JUST PUT YOUR WIFE DOWN AND STOP HER FUTURE BREEDING OF UGLY CHILDREN. I USED TO TALK WITH HER WHEN I DROPPED OFF MY RENT AND SAW THE HUGE CLUMPS OF HAIR MISSING FROM HER HEAD THAT YOUR OVER SIZED WIFE PULLED OUT. I TOLD HER THAT I WOULD TESTIFY FOR HER BECAUSE I SAW EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED BUT THEY DIDN'T NEED ME. IF I WAS HER HUSBAND I WOULD OF KICKED YOUR WHITE TRASH ASS. I TALK WITH THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE AND SHE WASN'T RUNNING A DRUG RING YOU DUMB ------, I EVEN STILL SEE HER AT HER NEW JOB. I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE BUT I'M SURE THE LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL OFFERS FREE GRAMMER AND ENGLISH CLASSES BECAUSE YOU ARE ONE DUMB ------. THE APARTMENT WAS OK BUT WATCH OUT FOR THE WHITE TRASH THAT YOU MOVE NEXT TO OR KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR THE TRAILER PARK TRASH THAT MOVES IN AROUND YOU.
