I use to tell everyone about this community....never again. The electric bills are so outrageous my bill was 580.00 and they told me i was responsible for it. I have tried to call the office numerous time to discuss this issue. they just tell me to call NWP. i call them they tell me everything is working great with my meter...if everything is working fine then why is my bill increases from $125 in the winter and 150 in the summer to 250 int the summer and 580 in the winter. I did a little research and i found out that NWP is a 3rd party billing company. There whole mission statement is to improve net operating income....which basically means the want to get as much money as they can without breaking the law. I asked the manager Ronnie what was going on she just brushed it off as if i don't pay rent like any other tenant here. I don't think she is very nice or fair but that is another matter. another thing that pissed me off is the fact that i live in the 14 building and they have been building a new clubhouse in front of my apartment and i have had to deal with the noise everyday at 7am. and to throw salt on wound they never even invited the residents to partake in the opening how ruse is this. Every since the new manager has been there there has been crazy changes. they got rid of the ------- american guy in the office. Which was probally the only person in the office willing to explain my NWP bill to me. all in all i se this place going down and i cannont afford to pay 1225 a month and 500 in utility bills. i am not Donald trump but i think they think i am. please make a wise decision before making this you home.
