Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I lived here for just about 11 mths was late on rent once and they immediately file a court date...do bother talking the the leasing agent so just says here boss made her do it....also the roaches were everywhere...i called many times and nver once saw an exterminator...the apt flooded twice due to the rain and the didn't do much but vacuum the carpet...so you can imagine the smell...neighbors were ok..but you can here everything that goes on....the security intercom is useless..most people in my building didn't check to see who it was and just buzzed them in..would not recommend this place
