I don't know why they call this place Grandview. There is nothing Grand
about this place. I live in I building and the people in my building have
Barbecues and it really stinks. I think their cooking brontosaurus burgers
or something. Their like a bunch of monkeys and I can't tell you how many
people live in this one apartment. I called the office but their scared of
these people. I didn't know I was moving into a project. I was told when I
moved in I'd have a parking spot out front of my tower and I never do. The
kids around here are animals. The dumpsters are always too full. The people
next to me have a dog and it smells like it through the whole building. I
guess a lot of the problems come from incompetent people running this place.
The ladies who run this dump should have retired years ago. The one must be
about 80 and is senile. They change maintenance guys as often as most people
change their underwear. Here today gone tomorrow. I"ve gotten flat tires from
the giant potholes all around the complex. I'm waiting for them to move some
homeless people in here by J building because there's enough mattresses there
to house them.I am really considering contacting someone about this as it's
not fair to pay so much rent for this garbage dump. I feel like I've been had
because theres nothing nice about this place and I was fed lies. If your
looking for a place to move don't fall into the same trap I'm in. I'm stuck
here for several more months and I wouldn't wish this on no one. These are the
apartments from HELL!Don't move here!!!!!!!
